Returning for its 6th year, the Chinatown Chase is an adventure race through Chinatown and the Honolulu Culture and Arts District followed by merry-making on Bethel Street.

Teams gather pre-Chase at the Hawaii Theatre for bar offerings, photo ops, brief instructions, a map and a fistful of clues. They then are tasked with unraveling puzzles, performing silly–er, daring–feats and other pursuits as they sleuth through the neighborhood byways, visiting shops and galleries, watering holes, and local landmarks before returning to Bethel Street where a celebration awaits. Food and drink will be plied on the adventurers as they swap tales of their forays and follies.
